HOW IT WORKS

How It Works


You’ll be matched with a small, dedicated circle of 6–8 leaders who meet virtually once a month for six months.

Each 60-minute session blends reflection, discussion, and real-world problem-solving — all in a psychologically safe, growth-focused space.

Circles meet at the same time each month, based on the best availability of the circle members. Every member facilitates one meeting, giving everyone hands-on practice in leading dynamic conversations.

Duration: 6 months
Format: 1-hour virtual sessions, once per month
Group Size: 6–8 leaders per circle

Sara Riedel is the founder and CEO of KALA Mentoring and creator of the KALA Leadership Exchange Club.

She launched KALA in 2023 to redefine how leaders grow, connect, and transform.

A former classroom teacher with over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Sara led a cross-functional team in developing a globally recognized mentoring program that advanced leaders across all levels of the organization.

She saw firsthand how meaningful connection and structured growth create confident, strategic leaders — and recognized the need for more psychologically safe, peer-driven spaces where leaders can practice, reflect, and evolve.

Today, Sara channels that insight into designing transformative leadership experiences that help professionals build confidence, clarity, and community as they reach their full potential.
